AnnualOne of the most cold-hardy greens. This variety will overwinter without any protection and continue growing into the spring. High in antioxidants and vitamins, these are excellent in salads and add a very unique twist. Great for all seasons gardening, especially those with low lighting as these only require a minimum of 4 hrs of sun. Red-veined sorrel has stunning red veins running through deep green leaves that never get larger than a few inches in length.

Always a welcomed herb in my garden, great added into salads and quiche, and tastes really nice!
I planted seeds in mid summer, transplanted it to the garden just before fall. There wasn't enough yet to add to a salad, tasted a leaf and can't wait till it comes back in the spring.
Beautiful plant. Very low maintenance. Plant has a very bold taste and isn’t for everyone. As someone who happily snacks on greens in the garden, this is not one I will be snacking on. Will need to experiment with it more as an herb in the kitchen or a green best served cooked
I've bought these seeds two years and it never grew properly. I've spread them in multiple locations in my garden hoping location was the problem and didn't germinate until months later when it got colder and even then they only grew maybe max half an inch.

This spinach is awesome. I winter sowed it in Feb 2025 in some gallon jugs and deep lettuce containers. It came up great. Transplanted to a raised bed in April Although the leaves are huge, they are super tasty. So far, I am loving your seeds. Would buy again!!!
These were cut on April 22nd and planted April 23, 2025. They came up on May 4th. I'm in central SD, zone 4b. Next year, I'll get more!

I wasn't sure it would survive when I planted it, but it is growing. Very happy with my purchase
I immediately set this plant outside to begin hardening off. After about 2 weeks, I planted it in it's dedicated grow bag until I get a more permanent planter, and I must say it is living life. It has grown so much since I received it. I believe I'm going to remove the blossoms this year to continue promoting healthy growth.
